Does NOLIQA PAY support part-time employees / FTE?
Yes. Annual salaries are recorded on a 100% FTE basis. Part-time work is reflected via the employment percentage.
Where is salary data stored?
Exclusively locally in your Excel file on your system or server. There is no cloud connection and no salary data is transmitted to NOLIQA.
Is a separate HR system required?
No. NOLIQA PAY runs independently in Excel, without integration into an HR or payroll system.
How many employees does NOLIQA PAY support?
NOLIQA PAY is designed for pay reviews with up to 200 employees.
What does the license include?
The purchase includes the German full version of NOLIQA PAY, a demo file with fictitious sample data and a quick start guide. The license entitles one legally independent company to internal use.
Do multiple legal entities require multiple licenses?
Yes. One license applies to one legally independent company. Additional legal entities require separate licenses.
Are market salary benchmarks included?
No. Minimum, midpoint and maximum values of the salary bands are defined by your company. External market salary data is not part of NOLIQA PAY.
Is NOLIQA PAY a payroll or equal-pay tool?
No. NOLIQA PAY is neither a payroll system nor an equal-pay tool, but a planning and decision-making tool for salary structure and pay reviews.
